My practice
I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist who works with women over 50 seeking steadiness, clarity, and a kinder relationship with themselves. My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based awareness to support lasting change through self-understanding rather than self-judgment.

In our work together, we explore the body’s wisdom and the protective parts that shape our emotions and behaviours, creating a compassionate space for healing at your own pace. Many clients come to me when traditional talk therapy has helped them understand why they feel stuck, but not how to shift it.
