I am an experienced counsellor, Gestalt psychotherapist and thanatologist specialising in grief across dying, death, bereavement and non-death losses. I also support people living with situational or chronic disorganisation and hoarding.

I provide neurodiversity-affirming support for ADHD, autism and other brain-based conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress and burnout. I am a certified neurodiversity coach and a certified grief, transition and wellness coach.

Services are offered via home visits, walk and talk sessions, nature-based therapy, secure online video and telephone.
