My practice
Experiences that once helped us survive but now show up in unhelpful ways in our lives and relationships can be processed within the container of embodied, attuned relationship.

As a somatic psychotherapist and trauma clinician Anne supports healing by tapping into our innate capacity to release stuck experiences, and repair and rewire patterns that no longer serve us. By incorporating the body and mind in an integrated way, through experience not just talking, changes can occur in a deeper and more lasting way.

Body inclusive approaches call us to reconnect with our nature through aligning our body, mind and heart, making healing possible for us, and impacting those around us.
