Therapy Practice Details
The COVID-19 crisis has changed the way we all communicate with each other. To support you through self-quarantine and social distancing, all counselling services will be provided online through Skype video conferencing at a discounted rate.
I’m passionate about helping others explore and develop who they are and what they want out of life. It took me a long time to figure out what I wanted to do with my life and it was difficult to get there. My passion for helping others with their mental health stems from my own personal challenges with anxiety, depression, and a compulsion disorder. Everybody recovers in their own way and it's amazing watching people take that journey.
I specialise in work with both adults and children recovering from trauma (including childhood physical, emotional and sexual abuse, childhood neglect, rape, and domestic violence), anxiety, and depression. I also help couples and families work with through those issues together, as it can be helpful to have a systemic approach to support.
