Volunteer for the College of Supervision Leadership Group

This is an exciting time for those with high expertise and leadership in the field to lead accredited supervisors, develop membership application pathways, review standards and develop PD for members of PACFA.

Multiple volunteer positions are currently open to PACFA-accredited supervisors for the College of Supervision Leadership Group.

The College of Supervision is a division of PACFA dedicated to advancing the practice of supervisors in Australia. Together with PACFA, the College raises awareness in the community of the benefits of supervision; and it provides representation, support, guidance, professional standards and development for those who practice as supervisors. 

To be eligible to serve on the College of Supervision Leadership Group, members must:

  • Be a PACFA-accredited Supervisor
  • Be of good standing within the counselling and psychotherapy profession
  • Be a current PACFA Clinical member
  • Have no conflicts of interest preventing the fulfilment of the Leadership Group role

All eligible PACFA leadership volunteers are able to receive complimentary access to PACFA community online CPD events.

This policy was implemented to support the maintenance and advancement of leadership volunteers’ professional skills and knowledge, and to recognise their ongoing dedication to PACFA and the profession.
