Therapy Practice Details
Sometimes life gives us a jolt and what was once familiar and comfortable becomes unfamiliar - self-doubt, worry, and rumination overcome our thoughts, and our emotions grab hold in a way that makes us feel unlike our usual self.
When this happens, we need not only someone who listens, but someone by our side to help us explore our inner world and find practical strategies to reconnect and move through this moment.
As your well-being counsellor and coach, we’ll work together to uncover your values, beliefs and behaviours that may be consciously or unconsciously affecting your well-being. I utilise evidence-based coaching techniques founded on Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and Extended DISC® behavioural theories.
Sometimes we cannot change the situation, but we can take charge of our part within it. Together, we'll reconnect you with your familiar self. In doing so, you’ll know what truly motivates and inspires you to live a meaningful, rewarding and fulfilling life, every day.
