Work, home, family, friends, relationships ... LIFE! All feels like one big blur? Times like this have a real impact on your well-being. Your mind races and anxiety, stress, or sadness can lead to feelings of overwhelm, like it's all too much to cope with. You may be feeling unmotivated, lacking confidence, frustrated, or just stuck and not sure what to do.
We cannot always control or change the situation we find ourselves in. We can change the way we participate in it. As your counsellor and coach, we'll work together and get to the heart of what's happening. We’ll utilise practical evidence-based strategies and define achievable actions that will enhance existing habits and help you cultivate new ones. I use proven evidence-based coaching techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and Extended DISC® psychometric assessments for mindset flexibility and values-driven behavioural activation. We’ll look for the potential based on your current situation and objectives and together we’ll plan a realistic and inspiring course of action towards your goals. I’m a Masters qualified and registered counsellor and coach, rest assured I’m experienced in what I do. I’m currently conducting sessions online and via phone. I’m really looking forward to getting back to face to face services when restrictions are relaxed.
